Perfxt handles full account deletion in the mobile app. Follow the steps below after you install and sign in.
Install the Perfxt mobile app from the App Store (iOS). Sign in with the same account you use on the web.
If you use Android and Perfxt is available for your region on Google Play, install it from there and follow the same in-app steps.
In the bottom navigation, tap Profile. This is your account and personal details screen.
In the Account section, tap Settings. The screen title at the top will read "Settings".
Tap Delete account, then confirm when prompted. This permanently removes your Perfxt account and associated data; it cannot be undone.
Your session ends and you are signed out on the device. Related app data for that account is removed per our deletion process.
